The #maximizeincubator program is the official startup incubation program of the Max Planck Society, run by Max Planck Innovation. It supports scientists looking to transition into entrepreneurship, providing individualized support for their startup ideas while equipping them with the skills needed to develop viable business models.

Venture Wizards' Role in Supporting MAXIMIZE
Venture Wizards assists the MAXIMIZE team with technology transfer and spin-off creation through consulting, coaching, and workshops, such as "Market: Sales Funnel & Key Account Management."
Sales Funnel & Key Account Management Workshop
The "Market: Sales Funnel & Key Account Management" workshop was designed to provide in-depth knowledge and practical skills in sales management. Participants learned how to:
- Build and optimize an effective sales funnel to systematically guide potential customers from initial contact to successful deal closure
- Identify and qualify leads
- Design efficient sales processes
